**Annual Pass may be paid in full or by an Auto-Debit system. With the Auto-Debit system, the first quarter installment is paid at the facility when the pass is purchased, with the remaining balance automatically deducted from a checking account for the next consecutive three months. A $1.50 charge will be added to each installment for annual pass holders utilizing the auto-debit system.**
