SOLICITATION OF BIDS

Elevator Modernization

Sealed bids for the 25-26 Elevator Modernization will be received by Douglas County via hard copy to Douglas County Public Works, 1120 Airport Road #F2; Minden, Nevada 89423 until 10:00 a.m. on 9/24/2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened publicly. Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be opened or considered.

The project generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required to modernize the elevators at the JLEC (1038 Buckeye Rd.) and Tahoe Admin (175 HWY 50) as more particularly described in the Bidding Documents.

The Engineer’s estimate for this project is: $700,000 to $810,000 Public Works Project Number: DO-2025-496
