Minden, NV – Due to predicted severe winter weather and hazardous driving conditions, the Board of County Commissioners special meeting on Friday, March 1, 2024 has been postponed until a later date. In order to ensure maximum participation, the meeting will be rescheduled with a new date and time announced soon.
The National Weather Service is predicting heavy Sierra snow with blizzard conditions the evening of Thursday, February 29 through the evening of Saturday, March 2. Out of an abundance of caution, and to minimize the number of individuals on the road, the meeting has been postponed.
