Trump Campaign Withdraws Permit Application

Minden, NV – The Trump 47 Committee Inc. has officially announced that it will be withdrawing its application for a permit to host a campaign rally at the Douglas County Minden-Tahoe Airport in November 2024. After careful consideration, the applicant has determined that they cannot coordinate an event in Douglas County at this time.

At its October 17, 2024 meeting, the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously to approve—with certain conditions—the Trump 47 Committee’s application for the "Remarks from Minden Nevada" event, planned to take place at the Minden-Tahoe Airport on a date between November 2–4, 2024.
