The Community Development Public Counter is available Monday through Friday from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm
for various services within Building, Planning, Engineering, Code Enforcement, and Vacation Home Rentals. The
Public Counter is located on the second floor of the Minden Inn in Room 202. An appointment is recommended for services.
Community
Development utilizes QLess, a program to assist with scheduling appointments to
submit or pick up permit applications, assess plan reviews or to ask general
questions. These appointments can be made via the website, text, via an app or
in person at the kiosk in the Minden Inn.
