Douglas County Launches Strategic-Planning Process, Holds Several Public Workshops to Garner Input
Douglas County, NV – Douglas County is embarking on the strategic-planning process to create a shared vision between the residents of Douglas County and their elected officials. This five-year strategic plan document will serve as an operational roadmap for the future. It is designed to evolve over time in response to the changing needs of the organization and the community.
The County is providing many opportunities to get involved in the conversation to help ensure that the public’s voice is reflected in the plan. We invite the public to Leave a Legacy by providing feedback on the issues that they believe are important.

The County will also be employing a public survey to garner additional feedback from the public. The survey is set to be launched in the coming weeks, and will be accessible on the County social media pages and website. Check out douglascountynv.gov/strategicplan for more details.
